Nirangadaya Yoga

Private yoga and mindfulness sessions with Niranga

Yoga as your journey home.

With Niranga, yoga is more than a physical practice — it is self-discovery, mindfulness, and connection. Every session is thoughtfully customised to your body, your goals, and where you are right now.

Taught by Niranga

A practicing Buddhist and psychiatrist, Niranga brings a rare, holistic lens to every session — blending the wisdom of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin with the nurturing power of breathwork and mindful movement.

Her story

Individualised, not generic

Every practice is customised to honour your body, nurture your mind, and support your personal journey.

All levels, no judgement

Left feeling lost or injured by traditional classes before? This is a different approach, built around you.

Body, breath, mind

Rooted in mindfulness and years of study across yoga traditions — never movement for its own sake.

What we offer

Practices drawn from tradition, shaped around you.

From dynamic flows to still, seated mindfulness — every session meets you exactly where you are.

Hatha Flow

A breath-linked, dynamic sequence that builds heat and strength while staying rooted in mindful movement.

Yin & Restorative

Long, supported holds and guided breathwork — deep rest for a nervous system that rarely gets to slow down.

Mindfulness Sessions

Seated practice to deepen awareness and cultivate peace that carries into your everyday life.

Yoga therapy / Massage

Massage Therapy is a therapeutic treatment designed to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. Available only for regular clients (At least 2 Yoga sessions per month).
